Privacy policy

INTRODUCTION

Neosprint is a company dedicated to printing personalized information delivered by the end customer and in the vast majority of situations none of the data is sensitive or calls into question the information of its end users.

We still feel that we must have a Privacy Policy adapted to the new European data protection regulation. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 25 May 2018, before the creation of Neosprint, so any data held by Neosprint has already been processed under the GDPR, and there is no historical data that should be considered outside this regulation.

The General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April, considers that “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is personal data. An identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, identifiers electronically or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual ”.

All Neosprint employees are aware of the concern for the application of the GDPR both for internal purposes and with respect for end users, even when data are provided by our customers. Non-compliance with the GDPR will be framed in the legal precepts or other internal regulations for Neosprint employees. If such action reveals the contours of a criminal offense, the necessary measures will be taken, such as forwarding the cases to the competent authorities. All of our customers and external entities that send us personal data, should be made aware of our privacy policy and adapt to it.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Neosprint website and to all services provided to end customers, introducing information for the creation and management of orders and all those involving personal data. This privacy policy cannot be applied to websites that do not have or contain links to this document or that have their own privacy statements.

    Information sharing

Neosprint may have to share or disclose information with other subsidiaries under common control, whenever this is strictly necessary, without personal information being shared. One of the situations in which information sharing can be total is in the case of hiring an external supplier that Neosprint hires to support some of its services or if there is a shareholder change in the group.
